  • Send as a gift.

    Here at CANDYJAM we know many of our sweet treats are sent as gifts.

    We understand you are sending a gift to someone special, and so we don’t include any order information such as invoices.

    All our communication will be the person who placed the order. The sender via will receive communication from CANDYJAM email they gave when placing the order, including the invoices for order.

  • Order confirmation

    If you have placed an order with us, here are CANDYJAM we will email an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing the order.

    It will include your order details. We suggest you take a moment to look them over to check they are correct. If you see something that is not quite right, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

    If you haven’t received a confirmation order after 24hours, then please get in touch with us. We will be more than happy to confirm your order for you! Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folders first!

  • Amend gift message.

    If you need to alter your gift message, then please contact us as soon as possible!

    We will be happy to amend your gift message, provided it has not already been packed or shipped. As our gifts are made-to-order just for you, unfortunately if your order has already been packed or shipped we cannot amend your gift message.

    We aren’t able to amend any orders over the weekend, so it’s best to get in touch with us before 11am Monday to make sure we don’t ship your order with the wrong message!

  • Change the delivery address.

    If you need to change your order’s delivery address, then please contact us as soon as possible!

    We will be happy to amend your delivery address, provided it has not already been shipped.

    We aren’t able to amend any orders over the weekend, so it’s best to get in touch with us before 11am Monday to make sure we don’t ship your order to the wrong address!

  • Change the delivery date.

    If you need to change your order’s delivery date, then please contact us as soon as possible!

    We will be happy to amend your delivery date, provided it has not already been packed or shipped. Due to the perishable nature of our gifts, unfortunately we cannot change the delivery date of your order if it has already been packed or shipped.

    We aren’t able to amend orders over the weekend, so it’s best to get in touch with us before 11am Monday to make sure we don’t ship your order!

  • Cancel an order.

    If you have changed your mind and no longer want your CANDYJAM order, then please contact us as soon as possible after ordering!

    We will be happy to cancel your order, provided your order has not already been packed or shipped. As our products are made-to-order just for, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order if it has already been packaged or shipped.
