Our digital shop is hosted by Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our producrs and services to you.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice. Certain products or services may be exclusively available online and these products or services may have limited quantities.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction and we may exercise the right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any third-party modification, price change or suspension or discontinuance of any service.

All descriptions of products, product pricing, services, services pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of CANDYJAM. We have may every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your display of any colour will be accurate.

ORDER & PAYMENT

We take payment when you place your order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for all purchases made at CANDYJAM. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or per order. These restrictions include orders placed:

  • by or under the same customer account

  • the same credit/debit card

  • the same billing address

  • the same delivery address

In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole judgement appear to be orders placed by resellers or distributors.

In the event that you wish to cancel an order, we will only do so, provided the order has not already been packed or shipped. If the order has been packed or shipped, we cannot offer a cancellation. If you are offered a cancellation, we will offer you a refund. Please note that any refund offered by CANDYJAM will only be the value of the items ordered. We do not refund any delivery costs. DELIVERY

If we receive your order before 1pm (UK Standard Time) Monday - Thursday, we will aim to post your order the following work day.

Please note that we usually use Royal Mail as our shipping partner and as such offer you the delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. Therefore we are not liable for any delivery issues once the items have left our HQ. We cannot accept liability for any delays occurring within the Royal Mail system. The ordered items will be at your risk from the time you accept delivery of the products from the courier.

RETURNS

As all items are freshly boxed-to-order and due to the perishable nature of the product, unfortunately we do not accept returns.

If you have received the incorrect product or your order has been damaged in transit, we may offer you a replacement order of the same value. We do not accept responsibility for any consequential costs incurred due to errors made with products once delivered. In order to receive a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. CANDYJAM will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time. We reserve the right not to send a message that in our sole judgement contains offensive and/or inappropriate content.
